We aim to offer you a first appointment, known as an assessment session, within 1-2 weeks. However, waiting times will vary according to counsellors availability, how many clients we have, and the service you seek.
If you need urgent support, please contact your GP immediately, alternatively dial 999 or you can also call the Samaritans on 116 123 or visit their website.
